It gives us the immense pleasure to tell our Bank has completed 24 Glorious Years successfully and are stepping ahead positively. As per the earlier guideline through RBI, the bank was guided to operate within the district. Being a Class A Bank and recent Audit by RBI, bank is allowed to operate in multiple districts across entire state.
Even in this competitive world, the bank has not only maintained its good position but also enhance its growth at all levels. The Bank is facing the competition from nationalized Banks, private sector banks and also from Urban banks, but the Anand Bank has proved its standard and healthy banking atmosphere.
Reserve bank of India had given permission to do banking business through license No. UBD.MAH.1304P in Year:1996.
The Bank offers all to become the shareholder by purchasing minimum 100 shares @ 25/- each. Hence, a Person can become shareholder by depositing Rs.2500/- (+) Entrance Fee of Rs.100/-. The Shareholders will get dividend every year on the amount of shares.

The bank was paid dividend @8% on the share capital for F.Y. 2018-19. The bank tries to pay dividend at best possible way. The rate of dividend is decided every year in the Annual General Meeting for the bank. The Shareholders can also vote in the Annual General Meeting and in the election of the Board of Directors as per Act & Bylaws.
Anand Nagari Shakari Bank Ltd. always try to offer innovative customer service and schemes. In order to do so we have started Core Banking facility. Latest technology used to provide quality service to the customer`s satisfaction.
As on 31/03/2020, we have 5568 numbers of Shareholders who have shown their valuable trust on us over the years and gave us the strength and motivation to achieve all the goals. We are able to do so because of skilled and energetic employees of our Bank. At present, Anand Bank has employed 58 total numbers of employees giving their services to the Bank.
